You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, burnout, childhood wounds, difficult relationships, chronic illness, or a major life transition, therapy can provide a safe, supportive space to heal, gain insight, and create meaningful change.
I believe healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a compassionate, supportive environment where you can safely explore your experiences, gain insight, and reconnect with your strengths. I believe in treating the whole person because emotional and physical well-being are deeply connected.
My therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore your experiences, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, build healthy coping skills, and help you reconnect with your authentic self. Together, we'll work toward creating a life filled with greater confidence, peace, purpose, and fulfillment.
I have a special interest in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, chronic illness, medical anxiety, childhood emotional neglect, emotionally immature parents, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. My goal is to help you not only manage life's challenges but truly heal, grow, and thrive.
I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and am committed to creating an inclusive, safe, and nonjudgmental environment where every person feels respected, valued, and supported regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or cultural background.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston–Victoria and my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University. My 25+ years in healthcare gave me the privilege of supporting patients, families, and healthcare teams through difficult diagnoses, life transitions, and emotional challenges. Those experiences continue to shape the compassionate, holistic care I provide today. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas (#95198) and a Professional Counselor Associate in Oregon (#R9733).
I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and living a more authentic, meaningful life.
